The Bridge School is a special school for primary age children with complex special educational needs that is part of Forward Education Trust. Many of our children have severe learning difficulties or present on the autistic spectrum and have communication difficulties. We are seeking to appoint to the post of Deputy Head Teacher as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be an exemplary classroom teacher who is highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic and motivated to share in the leadership and management of our school. Applicants will need to demonstrate recent experience of leading teaching in more than one phase.
The successful person will be expected to lead on one key area of the school improvement plan. This will be matched to their skills and experience.
