Patrick is accomplished at delivering strategy for sustainable business growth and people/team development. Has a demonstrable proven track record of customer service performance improvement in executive roles, including FTSE quoted PLCs.
Patrick has extensive commercial experience leading account strategy for multi-million-pound contracts and delivering customer service excellence.
Patrick has strong strategic planning, operations, and commercial skills within UK markets in B2C & B2B markets including the public sector and has significant experience in transformation and change management.
Navdeep Kainth BA (Hons)
Navdeep graduated from London Guildhall University in 1994 with a BA (Hons) in Business and has had a career in financial services for over 15 years as an independent financial adviser. Navdeep went on to travel extensively around Europe spending time in mostly Italy and Romania as a consultant to several businesses and has more latterly been a Director and Responsible Person for a pharmaceutical wholesaler.
Navdeep is currently involved in the business development of a new range of food supplements and working with an electric vehicle charging company providing a holistic approach to transitioning to a new lower carbon world.
Helen Redican
Helen is now retired, after a highly successful career in education. Throughout her career in education, Helen worked as a teacher across all phases and later as a School Improvement Adviser for two Local Authorities.
Helen previously served as a Trustee and Chair of the Education Committee at Forward Education Trust. She is looking forward to continuing to contribute, as a Member of the Trust, bringing with her extensive experience from both her professional roles and her voluntary work in a range of schools and Trusts.
Constance Anita Henry
Constance is an acknowledged leader with a detail-oriented personality and work ethic, having years of substantial executive leadership accomplishments in regulatory environments.
Constance has worked as a manager for many years in OFCOM, part of the BT Group PLC.
Constance has led the operational performance of c.1000 exchanges and delivery of work to agreed budgets of £22m.
