Leanne Mahony
Director of Education

Provides strategic leadership for education, curriculum, inclusion, and school improvement across the Trust. Leanne coordinates the overall school improvement offer, supports leadership teams, and ensures coherence and impact across all areas of provision. Leanne is also the Trust DSL.
Lucy Nicholls
Trust Lead for SEND and Inclusion

Leads SEND and inclusive practice across the Trust, supporting schools to align provision with EHCP requirements and strengthen systems, provision mapping and inclusive classroom practice. Works with leaders to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met effectively and consistently.
Cavelle Burris
Trust Safeguarding and Attendance Lead

Provides strategic oversight of safeguarding and attendance across the Trust, offering guidance, challenge and support to schools. Ensures strong safeguarding culture, effective attendance practice and full compliance with statutory responsibilities.
Julia Lloyd- Jones
Trust Lead for Behaviour

Supports consistent, effective behaviour and relational practice across the Trust. Focuses on promoting positive relationships, consistency, regulation and inclusive approaches, drawing on restorative and trauma-informed principles.
Paula Russell
Trust Reading Lead

Supports schools to offer high-quality, accessible reading provision. Works with leaders to ensure strong curriculum alignment, effective teaching approaches, and reading strategies that meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND.

Leads the development of high-quality teaching across the Trust, supporting schools to strengthen curriculum coherence, sequencing and classroom practice. Works with leaders to ensure teaching is aligned with curriculum intent and underpinned by effective assessment and evidence-informed approaches.
