An exciting opportunity has arisen for a teacher to join Hallmoor School, with a specific Teaching & Learning Responsibility for our primary phase.
Hallmoor School specialises in the education of pupils aged 4 to 19 years with cognition, learning and communication difficulties with needs ranging from moderate to complex. All of our pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan, some pupils present with communication, physical, sensory, behavioural, or autistic difficulties requiring additional adult support and specialist intervention. Hallmoor school strives for high standards of teaching and learning and is committed to ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting and assisting pupils with Autism through practical learning strategies and managing sensory difficulties. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with teaching staff in order to plan and deliver high quality educational provision for our young people.
