Emma brings extensive leadership experience from the education sector and was appointed following a thorough recruitment process.
Throughout the process, Emma impressed the recruitment panel with her commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people, her understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing a Trust like ours, and her alignment to our values and ambitions. She will be able to lead the Trust assuring families that pupils’ education, care and support remain our priority.
Simon Dilkes will continue in post until Emma joins the Trust and transition arrangements have been completed. We look forward to welcoming Emma and sharing more about her vision for the future in the months ahead.
